Coach Serris is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a high-touch shopping experience and meet individual and store sales goals. You will engage with clients, provide fashion advice, and support daily store operations on the floor and at the POS.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.
• Experience with POS systems and on-floor clienteling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized shopping experiences.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Support daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising and stock organization.
