Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Miramas to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, manage transactions, and contribute to brand initiatives and customer loyalty.

The role requires luxury retail experience, strong English, and proficiency with POS systems, clienteling, and social selling. A fast-paced environment and collaboration with teammates are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop use, and mobile POS.
• Familiar with clienteling and data acquisition for sales.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build client relationships with personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and digital tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and assist in store operations.
