Coach, a global luxury fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate in Paris. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The position requires at least 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience, strong English, and a passion for fashion trends. Flexible scheduling, staff training, and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and knowledge of fashion trends
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus
• Clientelling and data gathering skills would be advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style/service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge
• Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs
• Support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising
