Job summary

CELINE is seeking a Retail Merchandising Manager, Women’s RTW and Shoes, for the Europe, Middle East region. You will own seasonal merchandise planning, define assortment strategies, and drive sales targets across the EME retail network.

You will report to the Merchandising Director and collaborate with retail, training, clienteling, and supply chain teams to optimize stock and maximize opportunities in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Minimum 7 years in a retail environment with regional exposure.
• Strong analytical ability—both quantitative and qualitative.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pleasant, proactive, a team player willing to learn.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define your buying strategy and sales target prior to each buying session.
• Define the assortment and quantities, following market needs and central guidelines.
• Presentation of landings, key bets, collection feedback, and market trends.
• Close follow-up of your business, per category, per region, and per store.
• Define and implement 360 action plans with retail, training, clienteling and all relevant teams to reach your sales target.
• Support your retail network to answer specific market and client needs.
• Define a distribution strategy to optimize sales and sell-through.
• Optimize sales by organizing frequent rebalancing.
• Work closely with Supply Chain to monitor your stock coverage.
