Job summary

CELINE in Paris is seeking a Learning Designer to contribute to client experience excellence by designing, delivering, and tracking learning initiatives for Ready-to-Wear and Shoes across Women’s and Men’s universes. Reporting to the Senior RTW/Shoes Training Manager, you will strengthen product knowledge, styling, and commercial performance within a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, training, product development or merchandising.
• Experience with designing and delivering training content across multiple formats.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and track learning initiatives for Ready-to-Wear and Shoes.
• Create blended learning materials and content on new launches and collections.
• Facilitate training sessions in person and remotely for regional teams.
• Collaborate with HQ product, merchandising and regional learning teams.
• Monitor training impact and drive continuous improvement.
