Job summary

CELINE, part of the LVMH group, seeks a Retail Merchandising Manager for Women’s Leathergoods in the EME region based in Paris. You will drive seasonal merchandise planning, optimize assortment, and partner with regional stores to maximize sales across Europe, Middle East, and related markets.

Reporting to the EME Merchandising Director, you will craft investment plans, monitor stock and sell-through, and collaborate with Supply Chain and retail teams to hit targets in a luxury retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of retail experience with regional exposure.
• Strong analytical ability - both quantitative and qualitative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Power BI knowledge would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define your buying strategy and sales target prior to each buying session.
• Define the assortment and quantities, following market needs and potentials, as well as central guidelines.
• Presentation of landings, key bets, collection feedback, and market trends.
• Define and implement 360 action plans with retail, training, clienteling and all relevant teams to reach your sales target.
