Moncler is seeking a six-month Intern Assistant in Retail Merchandising & Buying for EMEA, based in Paris, from November 2026 to April 2027. You will support development of product strategy and stock optimization to maximize sales across the network.

Work with the Retail Merchandising Manager on stock analysis, seasonal buying files, store feedback, and market insights. Fluent English required; a first internship in allocation/merchandising is preferred. Luxury retail passion encouraged.

Qualifications

• Business or Management school curriculum with an internship in allocation or retail merchandising.
• Autonomous and initiative approach.
• Rigorous and analytical; advanced Excel required.
• Ability to prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations.
• Fully fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Passion for Luxury and Retail.

Responsabilités

• Stock Level Optimization: Analyze selling trends, identify slow-moving items, and initiate actions to rebalance stock across the network, with a focus on ski resort locations to optimize sell-through.
• Special Projects Support: Assist with new store openings, pop-up events, and trunk shows by preparing booklets, managing stock transfers, and providing visual merchandising support.
• Product Feedback and Market Analysis: Collect product feedback from stores, stay updated on business trends and competitor offerings, and identify business opportunities to aid in the development of new season collections.
• Support Buying Sessions: analysis, buying files preparation, orders input.
• Ad Hoc Analysis and Reporting: Full support of retail merchandising manager in creation of performance reports and sales analysis to support the business
