Brunello Cucinelli is looking for a Department Manager to lead the team in our Paris concession, delivering a premium shopping experience aligned with the brand philosophy. You will guide sales operations, communicate across languages, and support trunk shows and CRM actions with HQ.

Applicants should have at least 5 years in Luxury Retail with strong people management, business acumen, and fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Luxury Retail with proven management experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop people.
• French and English mandatory; a third language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team by example and manage the corner shop floor.
• Provide exceptional service and a premium shopping experience.
• Meet targets and ensure brand guidelines and CRM practices are followed.
• Support Store Management and HQ with events and trunk shows.
• Maintain Visual Guidelines and product knowledge updates.
