Responsabilités

• Lead the team by example and ensure proper space management.
• Cultivate customer relationships on the shop floor and provide premium service.
• Promote sales targets and guide sales operations ensuring the selling ceremony adheres to guidelines.
• Support Store Management and HQ in events and trunk shows to attract new customers.
• Maintain high standards through Visual Guidelines and update on new collections.
• Motivate the sales team and provide constant feedback for improvement.
• Support stock team during inventories and maintain contact with headquarters.
• Utilize IT tools including Xstore and Salesforce CRM.
