Le Collectionist is seeking an On-Site Concierge to join our Resort Management team in Val-d’Isère. The role handles guest needs across concierge services and properties, welcoming international clients at multiple rented homes.

Work includes pre-stay prep, property updates, guest arrivals, and end-of-stay follow-up. A Saturday/Sunday schedule is expected; the position offers a premium hospitality environment in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality, tourism or business.
• Affinity for luxury hospitality.
• Experience in villa/chalet management or hotel concierge.
• Strong knowledge of the destination and its ecosystem.
• Organised, meticulous and detail‑oriented.
• Highly autonomous with strong interpersonal skills.
• Guest‑focused with ability to build lasting relationships.
• Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-visits to properties prior to guest stays.
• Collaborate with Pre‑Arrival Concierge team to gather stay information.
• Update property information in internal tools.
• Complete requested shopping and personalise properties for guest arrivals.
• Contact guests to confirm arrival times and finalise details.
• Welcome guests on arrival and showcase property features.
• Assist guests with concierge requests and service changes.
• Process guest payments when required.
• Check-out with guests and document property condition.
• Coordinate invoicing with the Pre‑Arrival team.
