The role requires addressing guest requests, pre-stay prep, arrival, stay management, and end-of-stay check-out, with Saturdays and Sundays shifts

Responsibilities

• On-site concierge duties including guest greeting, stay management, and addressing service requests.
• Coordinate with Pre-Arrival Concierge team to prepare stays and gather necessary information.
• Manage payments and invoicing when required.
• Work with local partners to arrange services and experiences for guests.
