The ideal candidate has 3+ years in office management or executive support, with fluent French and strong English, and proficiency in MS 365 and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative roles.
• BTS, BUT, or Bachelor's in administrative management, business, or related.
• Fluent French and good working English are mandatory.
• Comfortable with standard tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, basic accounting).

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day office logistics, supplies, equipment, and IT vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with building management on facilities issues.
• Manage relationships with office-related suppliers (telecom, cleaning, office supplies).
• Front-of-house duties: visitor reception, meeting room setup, hospitality for clients and partners.
