Job summary

CELINE is seeking a Retail Merchandising Manager, Women’s Leathergoods, to drive sales plans for Europe and the Middle East. You will report to the EME Merchandising Director and develop seasonal merchandise plans and assortment strategies to maximize opportunities and grow the EME retail network.

Your role requires detailed buying, distribution, and stock management across regions, with strong analytical and collaborative skills in a luxury retail context.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (required).
• Minimum of 7+ years in retail with regional exposure.
• Strong analytical ability—quantitative and qualitative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Well-organized with meeting deadlines and goals.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define buying strategy and sales targets prior to each buying session.
• Define assortment and quantities following market needs and guidelines.
• Present landings, key bets, collection feedback, and market trends.
• Drive 360-degree action plans with retail, training, and clienteling teams to hit sales targets.
• Support the retail network to address market and client needs.
• Define distribution strategy to optimize sell-through and stock coverage.
