Four Seasons in the mountains is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to maintain customer areas and back-office spaces in line with service quality. You’ll supervise the housekeeping team, ensure proper procedures are followed, and coordinate with the Executive Assistants to train staff under optimum conditions.

You’ll work with the Department Manager and other hotel departments to meet guests’ needs and exceed expectations, leading a qualified team with excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in luxury hospitality.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Ability to manage payroll and day-to-day operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily briefings with housekeeping staff and supervisors.
• Organize schedules and coordinate with departments (Technical, Front Desk).
• Ensure cleanliness standards and supervise payroll/leave management.
• Recruit and train staff, conduct interviews per criteria.
• Address guest complaints and maintain service quality.
