Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts recherche un(e) Responsable housekeeping au sein de son établissement de Megève. Vous dirigerez l'équipe de housekeeping, assurerez le maintien des standards de propreté et collaborerez avec les services adjacents pour offrir une expérience client d'exception.

Vous supervisez les opérations quotidiennes, organisez les plannings et piloter les formations afin de garantir l'efficacité et la qualité du service.

Qualifications

• Expérience avérée en supervision d'équipe housekeeping.
• Capacité à coordonner avec les autres services (Front Desk, technique).
• Excellentes compétences en service client et présentation.

Responsabilités

• Diriger les briefings quotidiens du personnel de housekeeping.
• Planifier les plannings en fonction des priorités et des arrivals.
• Garantir le respect des procédures et standards qualité.
• Superviser les projets et assurer la formation du personnel.
• Gérer les paies et les congés du département.

Theaimof the Housekeeping Manageristomaintainthecustomerand back office areas inkeepingwithservicequality, and toensurecustomercomfort.

The Housekeeping Manageris responsible forsupervisingthe housekeeping team, and for ensuring that all department procedures are properly applied.

She/he supervises the various projects and their smooth running with the Executive Assistants, and ensures that each member of her/his team has the training required to carry out her/his work under optimum conditions.

He/she works with his/her Department Manager as well as with all hotel departments and management.

He/she must carry out his/her work in accordance with our company’s standards, paying attention to guests’ needs and striving to exceed their expectations.

The General Housekeeper must be qualified and experienced in organization and service, demonstrate very good team spirit, have excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills to lead and supervise his/her team.

Your missions

• Lead daily briefings with housekeeping staff, team members, and floor supervisors, as well as various monthly meetings.
• Organize the day’s schedule based on priorities (guest profiles, scheduling of maintenance work, etc.) in coordination with the Technical Department and Front Desk.
• Ensure that your team’s work is proceeding smoothly.
• Manage the follow-up of guest complaints.
• Ensure proper supervision of the Floor Supervisors, both regarding housekeeping and technical services.
• Inspect and periodically monitor rooms undergoing deep cleaning.
• Monitor the cleanliness of storage areas, service rooms, hallways, and the hotel’s public and common areas.
• Supervise schedules and labor standards based on the hotel’s activity.
• Conduct recruitment interviews in accordance with Four Seasons quality criteria and perform “Behavior-Based Interviewing.”
• Ensure proper management of the department’s payroll, particularly through the management of leave and time credits.
