HCL Technologies Limited in Paris is seeking a UX Design Lead to drive the user experience and interface strategy for a private banking digital transformation. You will oversee end-to-end design from discovery to prototype hand-off for web and mobile applications targeting HNWI clients.

You will lead design strategy, user research, workshops with stakeholders, and establish a scalable design system while mentoring junior designers and coordinating with frontend developers to realize premium

Formación

• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience, including 3+ years leading design teams or projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, complex wireframes, and high-fidelity UI work.
• Proficient with industry-standard design tools and design system management platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with development sprints.
• Solid understanding of modern frontend design constraints for mobile and web.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to communicate decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Define the overall UX/UI direction and interaction design strategy for private banking mobile and web apps.
• Lead user research, client persona mapping, and usability testing to translate financial workflows into premium digital journeys.
• Conduct co-creation workshops, design sprints, and validation sessions with client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Establish and maintain a robust, accessible design system across web and native mobile apps.
• Design clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate complex layouts.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and frontend developers to ensure design implementation and micro-interactions.
• Provide mentorship and direction to junior designers and offshore resources.
