Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent, ideally in Marketing, Management, Strategy, Customer Experience or related field.
• Previous experience through an internship, apprenticeship or student project in Consulting, Marketing, Strategy, CRM, Retail, Customer Experience or Luxury would be appreciated.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and good command of Excel / data analysis tools.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Maisons in understanding their strategic objectives, business challenges and Client needs, through research, analysis and stakeholder interactions.
• Contribute to strategic projects by collecting, structuring and analyzing qualitative and quantitative information from various sources.
• Contribute to market research and emerging trend analysis related to Client Experience, CRM, technology and luxury retail.
• Identify and share best practices from Richemont Maisons and the luxury industry to foster knowledge on specific aspects of the client strategy through exhaustive benchmarks.
• Transform complex information into clear and compelling stories, through presentations, analyses, KPIs and other communication materials.
• Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops, brainstorming sessions and design sprints, helping teams structure their thinking and identify opportunities.
• Document and formalize key outputs from meetings, workshops and committees, ensuring that decisions, recommendations and next steps are clearly captured and aligned with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of client-centric solutions and experiences, using design thinking and client experience methodologies.
• Help create visual representations such as customer journeys, personas, frameworks and prototypes to bring ideas to life and facilitate communication.
