Job summary

Richemont Group Marketing Department is seeking a Client Strategy Apprentice to support strategic advisory missions and strengthen client centricity across the Group.

You will analyze market data, contribute to projects, and help design client-centric experiences, journeys, and personas to communicate opportunities.

Based in Paris, this Apprenticeship / Alternance role offers exposure to luxury retail and an international, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing or related field.
• Previous internship or project experience in Consulting, Marketing, Strategy, CRM, Retail, Customer Experience or Luxury is appreciated.
• Strong PowerPoint proficiency and data-analysis ability.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic advisory missions and stakeholder interactions.
• Collect, structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative information for projects.
• Contribute to market research and trend analysis related to Client Experience and luxury retail.
• Share best practices from Richemont Maisons to foster client strategy knowledge.
• Transform complex information into clear stories using presentations and KPIs.
• Assist in workshops and design sprints, helping structure thinking and identify opportunities.
• Document outputs from meetings and workshops with clear next steps.
