Job summary

Tom Ford Fashion is opening a new boutique on rue Saint-Honoré in Paris and seeks a Client Advisor to join the founding team. You will deliver an exceptional client experience through personalised service and expert product knowledge, acting as a brand ambassador for one of the world’s leading luxury destinations.

You will build long-lasting client relationships, drive sales targets, and contribute to the boutique’s opening launch.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales – minimum 2 years.
• Excellent sales and clienteling skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in fashion, with knowledge of menswear and tailoring an asset.
• Good time management, problem-solving and organizing abilities.
• Fluency in French and a good command of English; additional languages are an asset.
• Familiarity with CRM and clienteling tools.
• Availability to join the team ahead of the boutique opening.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and advising clients with a personalised, warm and professional approach, in line with TOM FORD service standards.
• Achieving individual and boutique sales targets, maximising sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
• Developing knowledge of the collections, materials, craftsmanship and brand heritage, and sharing it with clients.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling and follow-ups.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including international and VIP clientele.
• Introducing clients to Made to Measure and tailoring services, working with specialists and tailors.
• Contributing to the opening of the Saint-Honoré boutique, including sales floor setup and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintaining the highest standards of presentation of the boutique, stockroom and product as per guidelines.
• Carrying out boutique operations such as stock replenishment, inventory counts and sales administration.
