Based in our Client Services Center (west of Paris), the Client Advisor is responsible for providing best in class client service by listening and responding to each client’s specific needs and resolving efficiently and effectively through strong and empathetic communication skills. This position will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding quantitative and qualitative objectives.

Missions: Provide a positive, courteous, and pleasant client experience by incorporating all core brand values

Qualifications

• Bac+2 from a higher education institution.
• Experience in luxury client service, boutiques, hotels, or concierge.
• Languages: English plus one of French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese or Arabic (C2).

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class client service by listening and responding to client needs with empathetic communication across multiple channels.
• Meet and exceed quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Provide professional service via phone, email, social media and written correspondence; adhere to Dior policies and processes.
• Demonstrate brand awareness and product knowledge in client interactions.
• Support KPI achievement and nurture relationships within the Dior network.
