Job summary

Richemont is looking for a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to lead direct, online, and retail sales strategies across its luxury houses in Paris. You will identify opportunities, set targets, and monitor performance while building strong partner relationships and negotiating contracts.

The role requires a Master’s degree and extensive supervisory experience, with a focus on pricing, compliance, and education initiatives to elevate market presence in the luxury sector.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent level of education, extensive experience enabling the job holder to handle the majority of situations and advise others.
• Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies across direct, online, and retail channels.
• Identify new business opportunities, set sales targets, and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage relationships with channel partners, negotiate contracts and provide training and support.
• Lead pricing and terms projects and negotiate with external partners.
• Oversee CRM implementation and optimization within the area of responsibility.
• Develop product education courses and stay informed on regulations and best practices.
