Le Collectionist is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead and coordinate the housekeeping team across chalets and common areas. The role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, with on-site leadership for the team and close collaboration with partner cleaning contractors.

The position requires managing stock, linen forecasting, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest expectations, including weekend work and seasonal scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure high standards across chalets and common areas.
• Coordinate external housekeeping teams and plan work schedules.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Maintain communication with partner cleaning company managers.
• Carry out regular inspections of chalets and communal areas for quality control.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning products, linen and consumables and reorder as needed.
• Forecast linen requirements and ensure distribution before arrivals and during stays.
• Prepare, package and distribute welcome amenities per guest stay.
• Assist in budgeting and financial control of the department.
• In coordination with other departments, ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle guest housekeeping requests with discretion and efficiency.
• Work on Saturdays and Sundays per hotel-industry norms; overtime can be taken as time off in lieu.
