Le Collectionist is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping team across chalets and common areas, ensuring top standards of cleanliness and presentation for luxury stays. You will supervise external teams, manage stock, and coordinate with partner cleaners to maintain impeccable guest experiences.

The role requires coordinating schedules, maintaining budget oversight, and ensuring communications across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple housekeeping teams and schedules.
• Ability to monitor quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing budgets and cost control in hospitality.
• Strong interdepartmental communication with operations and service teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise external housekeeping teams and schedule work.
• Inspect chalets and communal areas to ensure high cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage stock and linen levels; arrange restocking and amenities.
• Support budget management and processing of invoices with suppliers.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Work weekends and rotate shifts as part of on-site team.
