Le Collectionist in Les Allues is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all chalets and common areas. You will lead external teams and coordinate with partner cleaners to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Role involves stock, linen management, budget monitoring, and coordination with resort departments. On-site during weekends with a rotating schedule; 43h contract for 4.5 months starting 1

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping, with leadership experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and supplier relationships.
• Experience in luxury hospitality settings is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Team Supervision: Coordinate and supervise external housekeeping teams, plan work schedules and allocate tasks.
• Quality Control: Carry out regular inspections of chalets and communal areas, maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Stock & Linen Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, oversee linen forecasting and distribution.
• Budgeting & Accounts Control: Help manage the housekeeping budget, review invoices, ensure correct cost allocation.
• Interdepartmental Communication: Work with maintenance, logistics and customer service for smooth operations.
• Working Hours and Specific Requirements: On-site work including Saturdays and Sundays with rotating shifts; overtime handled as time off in lieu.
