Le Collectionist in Méribel Village is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager for a 43h contract over 4.5 months starting 1 December 2026. You will oversee the housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across chalets and common areas.

You will supervise external housekeeping partners, manage stock and linen, assist budgeting, and coordinate with maintenance, logistics and guest services to guarantee outstanding guest experiences throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping, with supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Strong organisational, planning and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise external housekeeping teams and schedule work.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain communication with partner cleaning company managers to ensure clear, professional coordination.
• Oversee stock levels of cleaning products, linen and consumables and ensure timely restocking.
• Assist budgeting and processing invoices related to cleaning and linen costs.
• Collaborate with maintenance, logistics and guest services to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
