CXG is seeking a luxury brand evaluator in France to discreetly assess customer experiences across boutiques and online channels. You will visit stores or evaluate online interactions and provide honest feedback to help brands refine their services.

With flexible assignments, you can perform multiple missions monthly, and purchases may be reimbursed as stated in each mission brief. This role offers the chance to work with prestigious brands worldwide from home or on-site in shopping environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be currently a customer of premium brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.
