CXG connects premium brands with evaluators worldwide and in France. We are seeking motivated individuals to visit luxury stores or evaluate online, providing honest feedback on ambiance, service quality, and customer experience.

Each assignment takes about 20 minutes, with multiple missions available monthly. No prior experience required; punctual, organized, and passionate about luxury customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.
