CXG is seeking a luxury brand evaluator to discreetly assess customer experiences across premium brands in fashion, beauty, jewelry or automobiles. You will visit stores or evaluate online and provide feedback through questionnaires.

Visits take about 20 minutes; you can complete multiple missions per month. No prior experience required; be observant and passionate about customer experience, joining a global network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.
