Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued.

Responsibilities

• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online and engage with sales associates where applicable.
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback via our platform using structured questionnaires.
