Job summary

CXG is seeking motivated individuals in Paris to join our luxury brand evaluation program. As a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences at stores or online and provide candid feedback to help brands refine their services.

You will choose assignments aligned with your interests, visit stores or evaluate online from home, observe ambiance and service quality, and share your structured feedback through our simple questionnaires.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not under contract with retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued.

Responsibilities
