Montblanc is seeking an experienced luxury retail manager for a full-time, on-site role. The candidate will lead a boutique team, drive sales, oversee stock and brand standards, and ensure a premium client experience across CRM and KPI initiatives.

Applicants should have 10+ years in luxury retail management, with fluency in English and Mandarin and a proven ability to inspire high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strong sales analytics skills to interpret insights into action.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or surpass designated sales targets for the boutique.
• Lead the team to elevate Retail/CRM/KPI and deploy actions.
• Oversee stock management and boutique presentation.
• Train, coach and motivate boutique staff and conduct evaluations.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a premium boutique experience.
