Satispay seeks an experienced CFO to lead the Luxembourg-regulated entity, overseeing financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and capital adequacy. You will drive the financial function across reporting, controls, audit coordination, and treasury, partnering with Group Finance to support growth and regulatory evolution.

You will manage regulatory filings, local accounting, and group consolidation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership in financial roles at EU hubs or regulated payment institutions/banks.
• Deep knowledge of CRR/CRD directives and Lux GAAP/IFRS.
• Experience coordinating audits and regulatory filings.
• Strong treasury, liquidity, and financial control skills.
• Fluent English communication at executive level.

Aufgaben

• Lead local statutory accounts, regulatory filings, and group consolidation.
• Oversee liquidity management and treasury activities for the Luxembourg entity.
• Manage risk, capital, and balance sheet metrics with control functions.
• Represent the company with regulators, tax authorities, and auditors.
• Drive financial reporting, analysis, and performance insights for leadership.
