Job summary

Prada Group is seeking an in-store Visual Merchandiser for Miu Miu in Paris to implement shop window and interior fitouts in line with HQ VM guidelines, enhancing brand image and sales.

You will maintain daily fitouts, coordinate seasonal outfits with HQ teams, train staff on VM basics, and provide feedback on display performance and market trends to improve traffic and profitability.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Visual Merchandising (VM).
• Strong knowledge of the department store environment.
• Autonomous, rigorous, able to work in team as well as alone.
• High understanding of the luxury industry: products, clients, market.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store windows and interiors fitouts daily.
• Implement changes per VM guidelines to drive traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with HQ VM/Retail Merchandising for seasonal outfits.
• Provide guidance to Store Manager and Category Manager for department fitouts.
• Train staff on basics of Visual Merchandising.
• Send periodical fitout photos to HQ VM Department as requested.
• Liaise with HQ VM and Retail Merchandising to report implemented fitouts and sales feedback.
• Monitor condition of store interiors and display elements; manage visual props.
• Assist with in-store events and press presentations in collaboration with HQ Communications.
