Symrise AG in France is seeking an experienced Logistics Leader to oversee and optimize all logistics activities. You will manage a ~30-person team, ensure operational excellence, and coordinate stock management, inbound/outbound flows, and production material requests.

You will drive continuous improvement with a forward-looking logistics strategy, lead transformation, and liaise with transport partners to ensure compliant shipping and optimized performance.

Qualifications

• Holder of a higher education degree in transport/logistics or business administration.
• 4–5 years of proven experience leading logistics teams.
• Experience in SME and international groups, with transformation exposure.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate all logistics activities across the organization.
• Manage a team of ~30 employees with 6 direct reports, ensuring engagement and development.
• Coordinate stock management, inbound/outbound flows, invoicing, and production material requests.
• Define and execute operational objectives; monitor dashboards and KPIs for logistics efficiency.
• Plan logistics with a strategic, forward-looking view and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate transport partners, manage contracts, and ensure Incoterms in shipment planning.
