Enky | Furniture Solutions is seeking a Logistics Lead to own and scale day-to-day logistics and transport operations from Marly-la-Ville warehouse, in direct collaboration with the Head of Logistics.

You will manage relationships with the logistics provider, ensure data integrity for every SKU, and drive continuous improvements across high-volume and high-value pieces across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Experience managing outsourced logistics providers.
• Autonomous with ability to work in both day-to-day operations and projects.
• Proactive problem-solver with tendency to spot friction and propose solutions.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Comfortable with ERP/Odoo and WMS.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day relationship with logistics provider for Enky and Galerie Paradis, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Plan supplier receiving schedules and monitor stock entry compliance.
• Own operational side of supplier relationships, including disputes, damages, shortages, service rate, and data reliability.
• Ensure logistics data accuracy for each SKU between provider WMS and Odoo.
• Run cycle counts and annual inventory, investigate discrepancies to root cause.
• Spot-check outbound packing and address non-conformities with provider.
• Organize transport of fragile, high-value pieces to clients and manage carriers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops and E-commerce on stock, deliveries, returns and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement across the Group’s warehouse logistics operations.

Enky is a Furniture-as-a-Service scale-up that has quadrupled its headcount in a year (from around ten to around forty people), with operations across roughly ten European countries — France and the UK as priority markets. With Galerie Paradis, our vintage and second-hand furniture brand carried by a 1,600m² showroom in Paris, the Group's logistics flows are scaling up and getting more complex: high-volume new furniture, high-value vintage pieces, and fragile item transport. We're looking for the person who will take ownership of this scale-up: structuring, reliabilizing, and running the Group's day-to-day logistics and transport operations, working directly with the Head of Logistics. An operational, high-impact role on a fast-growing scope.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with our logistics provider for Enky and Galerie Paradis — receiving, storage, packing, order preparation — and be accountable for service-level compliance.
• Plan supplier receiving schedules and control compliance at stock entry.
• Own the operational side of the supplier relationship: disputes, damages, shortages, service rate, follow-ups, product data reliability.
• Ensure the reliability of logistics data for every SKU — dimensions, weight, packaging — between the provider's WMS and Odoo.
• Run cycle counts and the annual inventory, and investigate every discrepancy down to root cause.
• Spot-check outbound preparation and packing, and address non-conformities with the provider.
• Organize transport of Galerie Paradis's fragile, high-value pieces, often in direct carrier to client flows.
• Manage national and international carriers.
• Work closely with Sales, Ops and E-commerce teams on stock, deliveries and returns, and set up the associated reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement across the Group's warehouse logistics operations.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Solid understanding of how a warehouse runs and how to manage an outsourced logistics provider.
• Autonomous, comfortable with both day-to-day operational work and project mode.
• A proactive problem-solver — you spot friction points and propose solutions without being asked.
• Comfortable with an ERP (Odoo a plus), a WMS, and everyday AI tools.
• Fluent French, professional English.
