Huaxing in France is seeking a Master’s-level engineer to join our R&D team. The role focuses on developing new testing and characterization methods for failure mechanisms related to the performance and processing of cells, modules, and packs, and on verifying the reliability and consistency of these methods.

You will design and execute analysis and validation plans for performance, process, and customer-complaint failures, form judgments, draw conclusions, and summarize findings in reports; and

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher is required.
• Majors in science or engineering such as materials, chemistry, electrochemistry, chemical engineering, power electronics, etc.
• Proficient in English as a working language.

Responsabilités

• Participate in developing new testing and characterization methods for failure mechanisms related to performance and process of cells, modules, and packs.
• Verify the reliability and consistency of these new methods.
• Design and execute analysis and validation plans for performance and process failures in cells, modules, and packs; form judgments and summarize findings in reports.
• Communicate and present results to customers on relevant findings.
