Job summary

Socomec in France seeks a Quality Leader for the Secure Power & Services Business Line to act as the key quality partner across the product lifecycle, from development to lifecycle management, reporting to the Group Quality Director.

You will define and deploy the quality roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement, aligning with strategic priorities and objectives. Fluency in French and English is required in an industrial, international setting.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Master’s degree in quality, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project quality management within an industrial environment.
• Experience in team management and cross-functional leadership within a matrix organisation.
• Fluency in French and English enabling work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the SPS Business Line’s quality roadmap aligned with strategic priorities and objectives.
• Represent the Quality function within governance bodies and provide an objective view of risks and opportunities.
• Lead quality activities across projects by securing milestones, launches and ramp-ups while managing risks.
• Drive the resolution of quality issues throughout the product lifecycle and share lessons learned.
• Develop quality standards, methods and tools and support teams in strengthening capabilities.
• Manage and develop a quality team and align cross-functional stakeholders around performance and continuous improvement.
