Socomec Sas in France seeks a senior Quality Leader to partner with management and operations across the product lifecycle, from development to post-launch support. You will report to the Group Quality Director and drive performance through risk management, strong leadership and a culture of excellence.

The role focuses on defining a quality roadmap, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality outputs across projects, processes and components in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Master’s degree in quality, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project quality management within an industrial environment.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional leadership in a matrix organisation.
• Fluency in French and English for international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy the SPS Business Line’s quality roadmap aligned with strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Represent the Quality function within governance bodies, challenge decisions and provide an objective view of risks and opportunities.
• Lead quality activities across projects by securing milestones, launches and ramp-ups while managing risks.
• Drive resolution of quality issues across the product lifecycle and share lessons learned for future developments.
• Develop quality standards, methods and tools while helping teams strengthen capabilities.
• Manage and develop a quality team and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders around a shared quality performance vision.

Within the Secure Power & Services Business Line, you act as the key quality partner for management and operational teams. You work across the entire product offering lifecycle, from the development of new products to the management of existing offerings. Reporting to the Group Quality Director, you ensure the Business Line’s quality performance by securing projects, managing risks and fostering a culture of excellence through strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the SPS Business Line’s quality roadmap in line with strategic priorities and business objectives.

• Represent the Quality function within the Business Line’s governance bodies, challenge decisions and provide an objective view of risks and opportunities.

• Lead quality activities across projects by securing key milestones, product launches and production ramp-ups, while managing product, process and component risks.

• Drive the resolution of quality issues throughout the product lifecycle and encourage the sharing of lessons learned to support future developments.

• Develop quality standards, methods and tools while supporting teams in strengthening their capabilities.

• Manage and develop a quality team while bringing together cross-functional stakeholders across the Business Line around a shared vision of performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• An engineering degree or Master’s degree in quality, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project quality management within an industrial environment.
• Successful experience in team management and cross-functional leadership within a matrix organisation.
• Fluency in French and English, enabling you to work effectively in an international environment.
