Job summary

Waters Grenoble seeks a Customer Implementation Project Manager to lead the implementation and installation of Waters solutions at customer sites, including BD Kiestra Lab Automation or BD Molecular Diagnostics Solutions. You will manage cross-functional teams and coordinate schedules to deliver on time and on budget per contract.

You will lead the planning, communication, and escalation as needed, with 50% travel within the EMEA region and fluency in English and French required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field.
• PM certification such as PRINCE2/PMI-PMP/IPMA preferred.
• 2–3 years PM experience, customer-facing preferred.
• Fluency in English and French required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within EMEA.
• Experience in regulated medical device or pharmaceutical environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of customer implementation projects from launch to handover to Lifecycle Management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities (Applications, Informatics, IT, Hardware/Software) to deliver on time and budget.
• Manage risk, issues, and stakeholder communications throughout the project.
• Plan activities, resource requests, and pre-installation arrangements (facilities, IT/network).
• Lead a team of 4–6 SMEs and ensure effective collaboration across departments.
