Waters in Grenoble is seeking a professional to support healthcare facilities in evaluating, designing, and implementing microbiology and diagnostic solutions. You will work with diverse stakeholders to optimize laboratory processes and improve operational performance.

This role is client‑facing, involves project management and continuous improvement, and aims to create durable partnerships while delivering value to health organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support and customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of diagnostic field, microbiology, and BD product ranges.
• Understanding of Lean Management methodology.
• Ability to identify opportunities and manage projects.
• Strong teamwork across multidisciplinary groups and convicing adoption of solutions.
• Rigour, autonomy, client relations and empathy.
• Familiarity with BD internal processes and IT tools.
• English: reading, speaking and writing.

Responsabilités

• Analyze customer needs and define the appropriate solution.
• Propose laboratory organization around the chosen solution.
• Propose an IT architecture enabling solution deployment.
• Identify external partners to optimize the solution.
• Ensure development and deployment from design to routine use.
• Utilize available tools for design and projection of the solution.
• Work in project mode with Waters ADx teams.
• Collaborate with EMEA and Customer & Workflow Solution service.
• Contribute to developing tools for laboratory flow analysis.

Professionnel chargé d’accompagner les établissements de santé dans l’évaluation, la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions adaptées à leurs besoins en microbiologie et diagnostic. Le rôle consiste à collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes afin d’optimiser les processus, améliorer la performance opérationnelle des laboratoires et soutenir l’adoption de solutions innovantes. Il implique une approche consultative centrée sur le client, combinant expertise technique, gestion de projet, analyse des besoins et amélioration continue, tout en contribuant au développement de partenariats durables et à la création de valeur pour les organisations de santé.

Responsabilités

• Analyser les besoins clients et définir la solution adaptée.
• Proposer une organisation de laboratoire autour de la solution retenue
• Proposer une architecture informatique permettant la mise en place de la solution
• Identifier et proposer des partenaires et sociétés externes permettant l’optimisation de la solution
• Garantir et assurer le développement et déploiement de la solution de son design à sa mise en routine
• Utiliser l’ensemble des outils disponibles nécessaire au design et à la projection de la solution
• Travailler en mode projet et en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des collaborateurs de Waters ADx
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe EMEA et plus particulièrement avec le service - Customer & Workflow Solution
• Contribuer au développement d’outils nécessaires à l’analyse des flux du laboratoire

Profil recherché

• Expérience réussie de support à la vente
• Connaissance du domaine du diagnostic et plus particulièrement de la Microbiologie
• Connaissance des produits des différentes gammes IDS et de la concurrence
• Connaissance et maitrise de la méthodologie du Lean Management
• Aptitude à appréhender des opportunités selon un mode de gestion de projets
• Capacité à interagir au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire
• Capacité à être force de conviction dans l’adoption des solutions identifiées
• Rigueur, Autonomie, Relationnel client, Empathie
• Maitrise des process internes à BD
• Connaissance des outils informatiques nécessaire à la fonction
• Anglais : Lu, parlé et écrit

Fourchette Salariale:50.000 - 60.000 euros.
