Veradigm Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Director to drive execution of our Life Sciences Growth Strategy. You will coordinate a cross‑functional portfolio, translate priorities into structured programs, and ensure on‑track delivery with executive visibility.

The role combines program management discipline with technical fluency to engage engineering, product, data science, regulatory, and clinical teams, while aligning execution with growth outcomes.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of program or project management experience, across multi‑workstream portfolios in technical/product environments.
• Experience driving execution of strategic initiatives at organizational level (growth strategy, transformation program, multi‑team platform).
• Strong practice in roadmapping, dependency, risk, resource planning, and status reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own portfolio execution and coordination across the Growth Strategy portfolio.
• Establish and run program governance to keep leadership aligned on progress and blockers.
• Identify and resolve interdependencies between engineering, product, data science, regulatory, and commercial teams.
• Translate strategy into execution plans with clear owners and milestones.
• Maintain a live risk/issue log and drive mitigation plans.
• Build portfolio dashboards and executive‑level status reporting.
• Support resource planning and capacity constraints across the portfolio.
• Champion process improvement to increase speed and reliability of delivery.
• Bridge technical and business conversations with non‑technical stakeholders.
