Job summary

Accor is seeking a Legal Operations professional to act as the digital backbone of its Legal Operations team at the Issy-les-Moulineaux headquarters. You will deploy and maintain Legal Ops processes and technology, drive strategy, and oversee tool selection and integration across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in legal operations or related roles; exposure to in-house or legal tech is a plus.
• Experience with CLMs, DMS or AI-based legal platforms is expected.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments.
• Strong confidentiality and ability to adapt in fast-moving environments.
• Strong PM skills: planning, prioritization and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Tech-savvy with interest in legal tech trends; autonomy and problem-solving mindset.
• GDPR awareness and general IT fundamentals; familiarity with Agiloft or other CLMs is a plus.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the digital backbone of the Legal Operations team: ensure Legal Ops processes and technology are deployed, adopted and maintained Group-wide.
• Contribute to shaping the Legal Operations strategy: define processes, policies, and support tool selection, administration and deployment to increase efficiency.
• Lead deployment, configuration and ongoing administration of legal tech tools (e.g., Legora, Agiloft) and knowledge base solutions.
• Support tool selection: prepare requirements, coordinate vendor assessments, liaise with IT and Procurement for smooth integration.
• Monitor tool performance, manage user access, and coordinate upgrades with vendors and IT.
• Design and deliver change management initiatives and training for end-users.
• Manage projects end-to-end with stakeholder alignment and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, IT security and confidentiality; address AI-related risks.
• Contribute to knowledge bases, templates and KPIs reporting.
