Job summary

L’Oréal Finance & Legal is a global team driving value creation through compliant, innovative legal support. You will advise on IT contracts, data privacy, cybersecurity and AI regulation, while partnering across the Sustainability, Operations, IT and Real Estate divisions to enable transformative Beauty Tech initiatives.

Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel IT, you will ensure regulatory compliance and help structure, negotiate and implement complex agreements with global vendors and

Qualifications

Master's degree in Law or JD with tech law focus.
Strong background in IT contracts, data privacy and AI regulation.
Experience advising on IT law in an international context.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic legal advisor to Beauty Tech teams on projects and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts including SaaS/IaaS/PaaS and GenAI agreements.
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from structuring to execution and disputes.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Cybersecurity and Contract Managers to implement policies.
