Job summary

Ingenico is seeking a seasoned corporate lawyer to support governance and compliance for a global portfolio of entities. You will partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury and business stakeholders to drive international corporate projects and advise on corporate law matters across jurisdictions.

The role focuses on day-to-day and strategic governance for French entities and international subsidiaries, with a strong emphasis on drafting, filings and documentation maintenance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or Corporate Law.
• At least 5 years of international corporate law experience.
• Ability to manage French and international entities independently.
• Strong drafting and communication skills in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day corporate legal matters for French entities.
• Coordinate filings and corporate formalities across jurisdictions.
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of corporate documentation.
• Prepare legal memoranda and advice on corporate law.
• Lead governance activities for international subsidiaries.
• Coordinate cross-border transactions with external counsel.
• Manage powers of attorney and delegation frameworks.
• Administer governance tools like DiliTrust and improve processes.

The Impact You'll Make

• Support the governance and legal compliance of a global portfolio of approximately 50 entities.
• Act as a trusted legal partner to Finance, Tax, Treasury, and business stakeholders.
• Drive international corporate projects and contribute to strategic transactions.
• Strengthen governance standards and legal processes across the Group.

What You Will Do

• Manage day-to-day and exceptional corporate legal matters for French entities.
• Coordinate and oversee legal filings and corporate formalities.
• Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and maintenance of corporate documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and corporate law advice.
• Lead corporate governance activities for international subsidiaries.
• Coordinate governance projects and cross-border corporate transactions with external counsel.
• Manage powers of attorney and delegation frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Administer governance tools, including DiliTrust, and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes and practices.

What Helps You Succeed

• Master's degree in Business Law, Corporate Law, or a related legal field.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate law within an international environment.
• Proven ability to manage French and international legal entities independently.
• Strong communication and drafting skills in both French and English, with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset.
