Job summary

Ingenico in Courbevoie, France is seeking a senior People Partner to lead HR policy, payroll oversight, and employee relations for France from our La Défense site. This strategic role drives transformation, talent development, and social dialogue.

The successful candidate will manage core HR processes, collaborate with senior leaders, and coach a small team across France, with a hybrid work model requiring three days on site at La Défense.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Partner activity for France and act as first-line People Partner for La Défense managers and employees.
• Partner with Business Partners and leadership on organisation, transformation and change projects, from the earliest stage.
• Run core HR processes (onboarding, performance management, promotions, internal mobility, exits and grievances), ensuring fair and on-time decisions.
• Deploy Corporate and Business HR programmes locally, and promote employee and manager self-service and HR digitalisation.
• Lead social dialogue in France: CSE, mandatory annual negotiations (NAO), collective agreements, information-consultation processes and relations with labour authorities.
• Manage the payroll team and oversee payroll for France, including local benefits, payroll controls and interfaces with HRIS and external providers.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 to 6 People Partner advisors and payroll specialists, driving collaboration, process integration and continuous improvement.
