Ingenico seeks a seasoned PLM leader to drive the evolution of the global PLM platform (Teamcenter TCx) and support product innovation across the enterprise. Responsabilités

• Lead the PLM Competence Center and RUN and BUILD activities delivered by global teams and external partners.
• Define governance frameworks, standards, processes, and best practices for the Teamcenter TCx ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into scalable PLM designs, roadmaps, and architecture decisions.
• Ensure seamless integration between PLM, ERP, CAD, supplier portals, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage third-party vendors, service performance, KPIs, SLAs, and technical quality reviews.
• Drive release management, change governance, testing strategies, and risk assessments.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives including PLM migration and modernization programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between R&D, Operations, PMO, IT leadership and partners.

The Impact You'll Make

• Lead the evolution of Ingenico's global PLM platform, supporting product innovation and business transformation.
• Improve R&D efficiency and accelerate product development through scalable PLM solutions and processes.
• Drive governance, architecture, and integration standards across a complex global application landscape.
• Partner with business leaders and vendors to deliver strategic initiatives, including the OnePLM enterprise transformation program.

What You Will Do

• Lead the PLM Competence Center and oversee RUN and BUILD activities delivered by global teams and external partners.

• Translate business requirements into scalable PLM solution designs, roadmaps, and architecture decisions.
• Ensure seamless integration between PLM, ERP, CAD, supplier portals, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage third-party vendors, service performance, KPIs, SLAs, and technical quality reviews.
• Drive release management, change governance, testing strategies, and risk assessments.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives, including PLM migration and modernization programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor and key liaison between R&D, Operations, Program Management, IT leadership, and external partners.

What Helps You Succeed

• 10+ years of experience in PLM environments, ideally with strong expertise in Teamcenter (TCx).
• Proven experience delivering complex PLM implementations, integrations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical audiences.
• Experience leading external delivery partners and offshore teams in a global matrix organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter capabilities, including Document Management, EBOM, Change Management, Classification, CAD Integration, Manufacturing Processes, and Quality Management.
• Experience integrating PLM solutions with SAP ERP, SolidWorks, Cadence, and other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of PLM migration strategies, SaaS environments, and data migration activities.
• Teamcenter certification is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable travelling internationally.
• Ability to work from an Ingenico office at least 3 days per week.

Location: Paris(Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in the office)
