Job summary

Ingenico Group is seeking a SAP Finance IT Domain Lead in Paris to own strategy, governance and performance of the Finance & Controlling application landscape. You will partner with Finance stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant, and business-driven solutions while supporting transformation initiatives across the Group.

You will define the roadmap, manage end-to-end lifecycle of Finance applications, ensure high service levels during closings, and lead cross-functional projects with vendors

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in SAP Finance & Controlling environments.
• Strong SAP FI/CO expertise; knowledge of BFC, TM1, Readsoft/Tungsten, FIS and Kyriba.
• Experience in application management, project delivery, system integrations, and vendor management.
• Solid Finance controls, compliance, audit understanding and IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Finance & Controlling applications roadmap with priority alignment.
• Provide expert guidance on Finance systems capabilities and scalable solutions.
• Drive evolution of the app landscape balancing demand, risk, compliance and budget.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Finance applications including support and upgrades.
• Ensure high service levels during month-end and year-end closings.
• Monitor performance, incidents, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Define and maintain the Finance & Controlling applications roadmap in alignment with business priorities, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of Finance applications, including enhancements, upgrades, integrations, support, and decommissioning.
• Ensure high levels of application availability, performance, and service quality, particularly during critical financial closing periods.
• Partner closely with Finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective functional and technical solutions.
• Manage and deliver Finance application projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee external vendors and service providers, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, innovation, and business value creation.

What Helps You Succeed

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling environments, with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO.
• Solid knowledge of Finance solutions such as BFC, TM1, Readsoft/Tungsten, FIS, and Kyriba.
• Proven experience in application management, project delivery, system integrations, and vendor management within international organizations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change across cross-functional teams.
