Goyard is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to monitor product offerings and performance, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. You will work with product managers, production, distribution, regional teams and digital to optimize commercial results.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in merchandising or business analysis within international settings, a Bac+5, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Merchandiser or Business Analyst in international environment.
• Master’s degree Bac+5 from business school or equivalent.
• Genuine product sensibility and solid understanding of leather goods craftsmanship.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to synthesize information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong written communication in French and English.
• Fluent in English for daily interactions with international stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales analysis – KPI tracking with action plans.
• Participation in monthly meetings with markets.
• Cannibalisation analysis and ad hoc analyses.
• Product stock monitoring and recommendations.
• Proposals for the evolution of performance tracking tools.
• Prepare sales documents for markets and participate in buying sessions.
• Prepare pre- and post-buying analyses and collect qualitative feedback.
• Manage assortment reviews and monitor regional selections.
• Analyze product offer and lifecycle; update collection documents for markets.
