Orient Express is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead and champion L&D across Corporate and Operations (Hotels and Trains). You will shape strategy, develop programs, and mentor teams to elevate talent aligned with Accor and Orient Express standards.

You will manage budgets, collaborate with the Accor Academy, and travel to assets to deliver content, ensuring Forbes/LQA compliance and measuring impact across the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR/Training experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in international environments, preferably hospitality or luxury sectors.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern training methods (content creation, workshops, simulations, e-learning, coaching).
• Ability to facilitate training for different leadership levels in Italian and English.

Responsabilités

• Develop L&D programs and create learning materials for all properties.
• Oversee delivery of training sessions and evaluate outcomes.
• Align the learning strategy with Orient Express and Accor standards.
• Collaborate with Accor Academy and external providers to maximize development opportunities.
• Visit assets to deliver content and measure effectiveness (Forbes/LQA).
