Orient Express Sailing Yachts is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to support pre-opening projects and ongoing operations of luxury sailing vessels. You will bridge strategy and execution, coordinating with brand teams to uphold the highest standards of guest experience across navigation, hotel, F&B, and shoreside activities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (Bac + 5) is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in hospitality or related roles.
• English and French language skills required.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic hospitality projects, including openings and system implementations.
• Act as the OEY brand ambassador and ensure operational excellence.
• Support recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes for new crew members.
• Coordinate with corporate and shoreside teams to align guest experience across navigation, hotel, F&B and activities.
